- Turn on Near me to see shops within 15 km, or open categories and choose Grocery.
- Open a store and check that it is Open and offers Delivery.
- Add items to your cart. You can add from more than one shop — each shop becomes its own order.
- Go to checkout and choose Delivery. Pick a saved location or drop a new pin on the map.
- Check the total. The delivery fee and any service charge show here, before you confirm.
- Apply a voucher if you have one.
- Tap Place Order. You have 30 seconds to cancel; after that it goes to the shop.
- Track the rider live, then give your 4-digit order code when you receive the order and pay cash.
