How to sell online on Aswaaqo, step by step
- Download the Aswaaqo app or open business.aswaaqo.com and sign in with your mobile number.
- Tap Start Adding Business and enter the basics: business name, category, location on the map and a cover image.
- Add your phone number and opening days and hours.
- Accept the terms. Your page is created at aswaaqo.com/your-shop-name.
- Add products. Create pages such as Drinks or Main Menu, then add each product with name, price, stock and 1–3 photos. Restaurants can use Scan Menu: take a photo of the printed menu and the app fills in the items for you to check.
- Get verified. Upload your CNIC (front and back) for the verified badge — it builds trust. See the verification guide.
- Turn on what you need under Settings → Features: Offers, Customers (vouchers), Expenses and Udhar.
- Set up delivery if you have riders (see how to start home delivery), or start with Pickup and In-Store.
- Share your link on WhatsApp status, Facebook and Instagram, and print it on your bags and bills.
How do I handle online orders?
New orders appear in the Orders tab with a timer. Accept or reject before it runs out (otherwise it is cancelled automatically), then update the status as you prepare it. To complete an order, ask the customer for their 4-digit order code. You can generate an invoice to save, share or print.
How do I get more customers online?
- Ask happy customers to leave a review after their order.
- Run an offer on your best sellers for the first week.
- Send vouchers to repeat customers.
- Keep your shop Active during opening hours — customers cannot order from an inactive store.
